What if the weather is bad?▼
Every experience includes backup plans (Plan A/B/C). I monitor weather constantly and have alternative locations and shot opportunities ready. Sometimes "bad" weather creates the most dramatic photos—moody clouds, fog, and storms can be incredible for photography.
What skill level do I need?▼
All levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced photographers. During our discovery call, I'll assess your current skills and tailor the experience accordingly. Whether you need help with basics or want to refine advanced techniques, the coaching adapts to you.
What camera gear do I need?▼
After our discovery call, I'll provide a detailed equipment list based on what we'll be shooting. At minimum, you'll need a camera (DSLR or mirrorless), one or two versatile lenses, a sturdy tripod, and basic filters. I can also recommend specific gear if needed.
How physically demanding are these trips?▼
It varies based on the locations we choose together. I always provide detailed information about terrain, elevation changes, and walking distances. We can design experiences for any fitness level—from easy accessible locations to more challenging mountain hikes.
What's your cancellation policy?▼
Flexible cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled date with full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a 50% fee unless we can reschedule. Weather-related cancellations initiated by me result in full refunds or free rescheduling.
Do you provide transportation and accommodations?▼
Transportation during the photography sessions is included. Accommodations and meals are typically not included in the base price, though I can help with recommendations and booking if you prefer. For multi-day experiences, we can discuss all-inclusive packages.
Can you help me with post-processing?▼
Yes! The base experience includes general editing guidance. For those interested in developing their post-processing skills, I offer an optional premium add-on: detailed review of up to 15 photos with specific editing recommendations, preset suggestions, and style guidance.
How do I know my images and privacy are protected?▼
Your photos remain 100% yours. I never share, post, or use your images without explicit written permission. All sessions are conducted with complete professionalism and respect for your privacy and creative vision.
