1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PhotoTours services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings require a deposit to secure your spot. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Failure to make final payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus $500 processing fee
• 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 60 days before departure: No refund

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. PhotoTours is not responsible for costs incurred due to trip cancellation, interruption, or medical emergencies.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations. You must be in adequate physical condition for the activities described in the itinerary.

6. Limitation of Liability

PhotoTours acts as an intermediary and is not liable for actions of third-party service providers. We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage during the tour.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. Every effort will be made to provide comparable alternatives.

8. Photography Rights

All photographs taken during the tour remain the property of the photographer. PhotoTours may request permission to use participant photos for marketing purposes.

9. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to treat others with respect and follow local laws and customs. PhotoTours reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is detrimental to the group.
